In recent data, it was found that a single dose of vispa-cel led to strong and lasting responses in second-line (2L) patients with large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL). The results showed an impressive 82% overall response rate (ORR) and a 67% complete response (CR) rate. Additionally, the median progression-free survival (mPFS) reached 17.1 months. The treatment was generally well-tolerated, suggesting it can be safely administered on an outpatient basis, potentially allowing for broader use in community centers.
