Circle CEO and co-founder Jeremy Allaire told Bloomberg Open Interest that stablecoins could address a roughly $60 trillion cash market and said Circle does not need the CLARITY Act to scale. Allaire also called blockchain finance an "irreversible megatrend" and said Arc has launched with hundreds of companies already participating, according to Bloomberg.
