Patrick B Donnelly has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors, even as near-term bioprocessing results were pressured by large customer delays in chromatography resin orders. He views these pushouts as timing-related rather than structural, noting management’s confidence that deferred revenues should return in 2027 and support a high-single-digit long-term growth profile for the Biotechnology segment.

At the same time, he highlights strengthening trends in Life Science, where end-market recovery and contributions from businesses like Abcam and IDT are driving higher expected growth. Diagnostics is expected to show slight overall growth despite softer respiratory revenues, while the Masimo acquisition and solid non-respiratory demand support an upwardly revised EPS outlook of $8.45–$8.60 and robust margins. With core growth still positive, margin resilience, and the price target unchanged at $230, Donnelly sees attractive upside in the shares and thus maintains a Buy recommendation.

In another report released today, Guggenheim also maintained a Buy rating on the stock with a $200.00 price target.
