📢 𝗝𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝗜𝗡: $Bitdeer Tech(BTDR.US) Bitdeer Signs $𝟰.𝟳 𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 AI Data Center Deal in Norway

👉 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀:

➤ 𝗕𝗶𝘁𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗿 signs a 𝟭𝟲-𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 AI data center agreement with 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘁𝗮.

➤ Contract represents approximately $𝟰.𝟳 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 in base-term contracted revenue.

➤ Total contract value could reach $𝟴.𝟬 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 with an 8-year extension.

➤ Facility will deliver 𝟭𝟮𝟭 𝗜𝗧 𝗠𝗪 powered by NVIDIA GPUs.

➤ End customer is a 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗜 𝗹𝗮𝗯, with 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 as technology provider.

➤ Credit support includes approximately $𝟭.𝟯 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 in Letters of Credit.

➤ AI data center will operate on 𝟭𝟬𝟬% 𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 with a 𝗣𝗨𝗘 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘅𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝟭.𝟭.

➤ Phase 1 is targeted for 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟯𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 and Phase 2 for 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟯𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳.

➤ Bitdeer retains 𝟭𝟬𝟬% ownership of the Tydal campus.

➤ Secures long-term, multi-billion-dollar recurring revenue for 𝗕𝗶𝘁𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗿.

➤ Expands NVIDIA GPU infrastructure for large-scale AI training and inference.

➤ Strengthens Europe's position in sovereign AI infrastructure development.

➤ Highlights continued enterprise investment in AI data center capacity.
