Kolibri Beteiligung GmbH: German Airways GmbH to complete the acquisition and financing of five Embraer E190 regional aircraft as scheduled

Cologne, 30 July 2026 – Kolibri Beteiligung GmbH (the "Issuer" and, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") announces, as the issuer of the secured corporate bond (Nordic Bond) issued on 13 February 2026 (ISIN NO0013461384), that its subsidiary German Airways GmbH, based in Cologne, was able to complete the acquisition and financing of five Embraer E190 regional aircraft as scheduled today.

The financing was arranged with a financing partner specialising in aircraft financing on standard market terms. It falls entirely within the permitted financial indebtedness limit set out in the bond terms; compliance with the provisions of the bond terms remains unaffected.

With this acquisition, the Group is implementing the announced expansion and modernisation of the German Airways fleet as planned.
