BUZZ-US natgas companies fall on milder weather forecasts, near-record output
Shares of U.S. natural gas companies, including CNX Resources, Cheniere Energy, and Energy Transfer, fell by approximately 1%, with Williams Companies down 1.4%. This decline is attributed to milder weather forecasts, near-record output, and ample gas storage. U.S. natgas futures dropped 0.4% to $4.095 per million BTU. ETFs like United States Natural Gas Fund and ProShares Ultra Bloomberg Natural Gas also saw declines of 2.5% and 5%, respectively.
