  2. Civil Liability: File a lawsuit with the competent court, demanding that you cease infringement, apologize, eliminate the impact, and compensate FF for all economic losses and reasonable legal costs.

III. Concurrent Platform Action

We will simultaneously send formal letters to the platforms where you published the false video content, demanding:

  1. Immediately delete and block all your suspected infringing videos;

  2. Suspend your account;

  3. Provide your real registration information to facilitate further legal action by FF.

IV. Formal Demand

Your act of publishing false and misleading information about FF on online platforms is suspected of seriously damaging the legitimate rights and interests of FF and all its shareholders. We hereby solemnly demand that you: upon receipt of this letter, immediately delete all infringing video content and cease publishing false information about FF on any platform. If you fail to promptly delete the false information and eliminate its impact, we reserve the right to take all necessary legal actions against you at any time and demand compensation for all losses caused to FF by the aforementioned suspected infringements.
