Catalyst Investment Partners, a prominent operator of low-coverage industrial outdoor storage properties in U.S. urban infill markets, disclosed the acquisition of 34 IOS properties in the first half of 2026. Among these properties, 12 were closed in June, totaling 458,824 square feet and adding $181 million in gross asset value. The assets are located across 12 high-barrier-to-entry markets and were aggregated through 34 separate transactions.
