Visa is imposing nearly $75,000 in penalties on Hims & Hers Health due to high credit card dispute rates linked to weight-loss drug subscriptions. The company was placed in Visa's Acquirer Monitoring Program after thousands of complaints arose in July. To exit the program, Hims & Hers must reduce its dispute rate below 1.5% for three consecutive months.
