Packaged foods company Hormel Foods Corp. (HRL) late Monday announced that it has agreed to sell its Brazilian operations, operated under the Ceratti brand, to Zanchetta Alimentos Ltda, a Brazilian food company. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
