U.S. stock market early trading: Nasdaq up 0.5%, Oracle up about 8%, most bank stocks rise

The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose by 0.5%, and the S&P 500 index increased by 0.3%. Most bank stocks rose, with Goldman Sachs up about 3% and Bank of America up about 1%, as major Wall Street banks passed the Federal Reserve's stress tests. Most technology stocks also rose, with Alphabet up about 1%. Oracle rose about 8%, with the CEO stating that the company had a strong start in fiscal year 2026, signing several large cloud service agreements, one of which is expected to generate over $30 billion in annual revenue starting from fiscal year 2028. Moderna rose about 3% after the company announced that its flu vaccine met trial goals
