He said low power consumption in some applications makes chip architecture design and interconnect technology very important, and that Intel is investing in air cooling, liquid cooling, and microfluidic cooling technologies. He said Intel will continue its partnership with Nvidia and that companies cannot do everything themselves, but should focus on the areas where they are strongest and work with other firms that have advantages.
