The deal expands Harvey’s capabilities beyond legal workflows, extending its offerings into areas such as due diligence, investment analysis, and portfolio strategy.
Founded in 2022, Harvey develops generative AI tools that help law firms, enterprises, and professional services organizations streamline research, drafting, analysis, and other complex workflows. The company has attracted backing from leading investors across technology and finance, including OpenAI’s venture arm, Sequoia Capital, and Kleiner Perkins.
