Knorr-Bremse acquires TRAVIS Road Services International

Knorr-Bremse has agreed to acquire TRAVIS Road Services International B.V., a Dutch company with an online booking platform for commercial vehicle services. The acquisition, valued in the mid-double-digit million-euro range, is expected to close by the end of Q1 2026. This move enhances Knorr-Bremse’s digital aftermarket offerings, complementing its investment in Cojali S.L. TRAVIS connects over 2,500 service partners across 26 European countries, facilitating various truck-related services.
