Curium to acquire Lantheus in all-cash deal worth up to $8bn
Curium has agreed to acquire Nasdaq-listed Lantheus in an all-cash deal valued at up to $8 billion. Under the terms, Curium will buy all outstanding shares for $102.50 per share, plus contingent value rights potentially adding $12.00 per share by 2030, bringing the total potential consideration to $114.50 per share. This represents a significant premium over Lantheus' recent stock prices. The transaction, unanimously approved by Lantheus' board, is expected to close in the first half of 2027, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals.
