The following transferable securities issued by National Grid North America Inc. (the "Issuer") have been admitted to trading on 15 July 2026 on the London Stock Exchange's main market:
(1) EUR 700,000,000 3.643 per cent. Senior Instruments due 15 April 2031 (XS3441767442) (the "2031 Instruments"); and
(2) EUR 600,000,000 4.268 per cent. Senior Green Instruments due 15 April 2037 (XS3441768093) (the "2037 Instruments", and together with the 2031 Instruments, the "Instruments"),
issued under the Issuer's Euro 8,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme").
