Vaderis Therapeutics Announces Oversubscribed $152 Million Series B Financing and Initiation of the Global Phase 3 HEROIC Study of Engasertib for Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia
A private placement has resulted in a Series B financing round raising $152 million from select investors. This round was co-led by Life Sciences at Goldman Sachs Alternatives and TCGX. Other participants include Omega Funds, EQT Life Sciences, Perceptive Advisors, Kalehua Capital, as well as existing investors Medicxi and Droia. The financing is aimed at providing significant funding for the company's future growth and development.
