USA Rare Earth reported second-quarter revenue of $5.82 million, missing estimates of $8.05 million, according to Benzinga Pro. The company posted a second-quarter adjusted loss of 15 cents per share, missing estimates for a loss of 13 cents per share.

The company said it expects to complete the Round Top definitive feasibility study in the fourth quarter of 2026 and reach 600 MTPA of run-rate magnet manufacturing capacity at its Stillwater facility.
