Biocytogen and Whitehawk partner to develop ADCs
Biocytogen and Whitehawk Therapeutics have partnered to develop bispecific antibody-drug conjugates (BsADCs). Biocytogen will provide up to five bispecific antibodies via its RenLite platform for Whitehawk to evaluate using its ADC linker-payload technology. The deal includes an upfront payment, milestone-based payments, and royalties. If candidates advance, Whitehawk retains global rights. This follows Biocytogen's April 2026 partnership with Sihuan Pharmaceutical.
