# Platform Fees Coupons FAQs

This article will quickly answer common questions about Platform Fees Coupons.

#### 1\. How to use

The Platform Fee Coupon can be applied to eligible orders based on each coupon's usage requirements.

Each coupon has a maximum deduction amount and number of orders it can be applied to. Any unused portion of the coupon's value will be forfeited thereafter. For example, if the order's platform fee amount is SGD 0.99 and the maximum deductible value is SGD 1.50, only SGD 0.99 will be deducted, and the remaining amount (i.e., the unused portion of thex coupon's value) will be forfeited.

The platform fee deduction will be applied automatically when placing valid orders

#### 2\. Coupon usage and details

You may check the detailed usage and requirements of your coupon under **Me > My Coupons** in the Longbridge App.

Note:

-   Platform Fee Coupons are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
-   Expired coupons will not be reissued and will become invalid after their expiration date
-   Please update your Longbridge App to the latest version for a smooth experience.
