# How do I transfer shares out of my account?

### **1\. Share Transfer-Out Procedure**

To initiate the transfer-out process, please follow the following steps:

1.1 Notify Longbridge by logging into the LB App > Portfolio > More > Share Transfer Out

1.2 Inform the receiving broker to accept the shares, and reach us via the below email address / contact number

1.3 Ensure that both the delivering and receiving brokers have acknowledged the instructions

### 2\. Share Transfer-Out Fee Schedule

### Note

-   Only Non-Change in Beneficial Ownership (NCBO) transfers are supported. Transfers that involve a Change in Beneficial Ownership (CBO) are not accepted.
-   Accounts on **margin** are not permitted to initiate a transfer-out request.
-   Transfers are limited to **US, HK, and SG stocks** only.
-   Under normal circumstances, once the request has been acknowledged by both the receiving and delivering brokers, the transfer is typically completed within **3-5 business days**.
