# Long Bridge Securities Pte. Ltd. 值得信赖吗？

Long Bridge Securities Pte. Ltd. (LBS) 已获得新加坡金融管理局（MAS）根据《证券与期货法》（SFA）颁发的牌照。根据《证券与期货法》第 104 条和《证券与期货（发牌与经营活动）规定》第三部分，客户的资金和资产与长桥证券的资金和资产是分开的。

《证券与期货法》第 104A 条规定，属于客户的资金和资产不得用于偿还长桥证券的债务，也不得根据任何法院的命令或程序在执行中被用于支付或被没收。

LBS 确保妥善保存记录，并采取充分的控制措施来安全保管客户的资金和资产。

LBS 已指定新加坡最大的银行星展银行作为其客户资金的托管银行。
