# 如何完成 ADR 转换？

本文将介绍 ADR 转换的步骤以及常见问题。

### 1\. 适用范围

同一股票在香港（HK）市场和美国（US）市场之间的转换。

### 2\. 转换费用

从美股到港股的 ADR 转换：SGD 800/订单 +USD 0.05/股 + 其他第三方费用（如有）

从港股到美股的 ADR 转换：SGD 800/订单 +USD 0.05/股 + 其他第三方费用（如有）

***注意：为了成功处理您的转换申请，请确保您的帐户中有足够的资金来支付相关费用。***

### 3\. 转换过程

步骤 1. 客户使用注册邮箱（根据模版）发送申请至[corp\_action@longbridge.sg](mailto:corp_action@longrbidge.sg)；

步骤 2. LBS 向客户发送确认邮件；

步骤 3. LBS 从客户的账户中扣除 ADR 和费用；

步骤 4. LBS 更新客户账户。

### 4\. 提交电子邮件申请后，需要多长时间完成转换？

LBS 将在收到客户的电子邮件申请后尽快向清算经纪人申请转换；LBS 将通过电子邮件将结果发送给客户。

一般情况下，转换将在客户提交申请后的 10-20 个工作日内完成转换。具体时间取决于清算经纪人的处理效率。如有特殊情况，也可能大于 20 个工作日。

### 注意事项

-   转换申请一旦提交就不能更改或取消；
-   一旦处理转换，相关股份和费用将被冻结和扣除，在此期间不能出售/转让/撤回。冻结/扣除的操作可能会立即影响客户的资产总值、相关保证金价值、风控状况等。客户应对相关的市场波动、资产流动性、融资以及其他相关（如有）风险负责；
-   转化率因股票而异。以 BABA 为例，1 股 US 股票 = 8 股 HK 股票。如果您有任何问题，请联系我们的客服。
-   为了成功处理您的转换申请，请确保您的帐户中有足够的资金来支付费用。
