# Long Bridge Securities Pte. Ltd. 值得信賴嗎？

Long Bridge Securities Pte. Ltd. (LBS) 已獲得新加坡金融管理局（MAS）根據《證券與期貨法》（SFA）頒發的牌照。根據《證券與期貨法》第 104 條和《證券與期貨（發牌與經營活動）規定》第三部分，客戶的資金和資產與長橋證券的資金和資產是分開的。

《證券與期貨法》第 104A 條規定，屬於客戶的資金和資產不得用於償還長橋證券的債務，也不得根據任何法院的命令或程序在執行中被用於支付或被沒收。

LBS 確保妥善保存記錄，並採取充分的控制措施來安全保管客戶的資金和資產。

LBS 已指定新加坡最大的銀行星展銀行作為其客戶資金的託管銀行。
