# 我的資金為什麼無法存入？

所有存入資金必須來自您本人名下的銀行賬户。若資金來源於以下渠道，將無法成功存入您的長橋新加坡賬户：

-   他人名下的賬户
-   第三方支付平台
-   支票或現金

如果您的資金來源符合上述任一情況，該資金將無法存入。

### 1\. 如何退回未成功存入的資金？

若資金存入失敗，您可通過以下方式申請退款：

-   前往長橋 App > **我的** > **幫助與客服** > **在線客服**
-   電話：**+65 6330 3030**
-   WhatsApp：**+65 6330 3033**
-   郵箱：contact@longbridge.sg

### 2\. 退款何時到賬？

退款將通過原支付渠道返還：

-   銀行賬户：預計需要 2-4 周時間來處理。
-   第三方支付平台：預計需要 6-8 周時間來處理。當資金退還第三方平台後，您可能需要主動聯繫平台方進行處理。

請注意，退款過程中所產生的銀行手續費用需由您自行承擔。
