# Tesla’s Q3 Earnings Report Coming Soon

$Tesla(TSLA.US) TSLA is set to announce its Q3 earnings on Wednesday, October 22, 2025. The current market consensus expects revenue of approximately $26.5-26.6 billion, representing a year-over-year growth of about 4-5%, and EPS of around $0.53-0.55, which is a year-over-year decline of about 24%.

According to TSLA’s already released Q3 delivery data, the company delivered 497,000 vehicles (above the expected 443,000, and up 7% year-over-year), and deployed 12.5 GWh of energy storage (up 28% year-over-year).

Some investors believe there is a relatively high chance that this earnings report will beat expectations. However, since the Q3 delivery numbers have already priced in Q4 demand, if Q4 guidance is weak, or if progress on FSD and Robotaxi falls short of expectations, even an earnings beat could trigger a stock price decline. At present, however, the likelihood of the stock rising after an earnings beat appears to be higher.
