Starting off a new trading week with a look at the dashboard from my portfolio. Volatility is a natural part of the game, but having a diversified defensive strategy is what keeps things grounded. SingTel (Z74) and Genting Sing (G13) are currently running in lockstep as our dual engines, pacing the green side beautifully at +3.28% and +3.27% respectively. Meanwhile, Mapletree Log Tr (M44U) continues to be a highly reliable anchor, holding its ground firmly at +2.36%.

My property counters, CapitaLandInvest (9CI) and CapLand Ascendas (A17U), are mirroring each other with minor, identical dips of -0.40%. The newest energy play, Sembcorp Ind (U96), has faced the sharpest drop, drifting down to -5.50% amidst a broader sector rotation. However, given its tight position sizing at just 3.01% of my allocation, the capital impact remains completely insulated. It’s an excellent reminder that position sizing matters just as much as stock picking. Keeping the long-term vision clear—holding strong!”
