# Investments On Companies

There have been updates about companies’ rise and low and even rise percentages. Based on my reading, another Investment strategy is to understand about the companies’ work beliefs, culture, environment, and people as well. Besides all those factor, management expectations have to be clear, realistic, and love for the employees.
