Checking on my Singapore portfolio as of July 23 with the latest update.
SingTel (Z74) continues to be the standout performer, surging to an impressive +4.69% gain and anchoring our portfolio beautifully. Genting Sing (G13) and Mapletree Log Tr (M44U) maintain their rock-solid positions at +1.63% and +1.52% respectively, while CapLand Ascendas (A17U) holds comfortably in positive territory at +0.80%.
CapitaLandInvest (9CI) sits at a slight -0.40% dip, while Sembcorp Ind (U96) drifted to -6.03% amid broader energy sector normalisation. Because Sembcorp is kept at a disciplined, smaller allocation (2.99% weight), the net capital impact on our total portfolio remains very manageable. Our primary holdings are easily covering the noise. Staying disciplined!
