$Suntec Reit(T82U.SG)Suntec Reit’s earnings report for Q2 was generally positive. With the declaration of a dividend of 2 cents, this brings the DPU for the first half of 2026 to 3.936 cents which is a 25.5% increase yoy. Contributing factors were positive rental reversion for Singapore office and retail portfolio, higher occupancy rates and a lower provision for withholding tax as it is able to keep its managed trust status in Australia.
