Got completely hammered today and I’m genuinely baffled! Under the ” TACO“ theory, lower oil prices should tame inflation and rate-hike fears—which *should* be a major tailwind for real estate and REITs. So why the steep sell-off today? Since the price is still well above my stop-loss level, I went ahead and bought the dip to average down. To be clear, I’m not chasing year-end dividends here; it’s a purely tactical move to lower my cost basis and play a technical rebound.
What do you guys think? Is macro logic broken, or just institutional noise?
