Stride pulled back after earnings, mainly due to weakness in General Education revenue and concerns around the unexpected leadership transition.

That said, the bigger picture still looks solid. Career Learning continues to grow strongly, EBITDA is expanding, and the company has a healthy cash position with an ongoing share buyback program.

At the current valuation, I’m more focused on the company’s cash generation and capital returns than the short-term noise around the CEO transition.

I’m staying disciplined and focusing on the fundamentals rather than the market’s immediate reaction.
