Checking in with my August 13 portfolio update!
CapitaLandInvest (9CI) continues to be the star performer of our Singapore basket, standing strong with a +10.00% gain (+250 SGD) on earnings day! Genting Sing (G13) also maintains its solid positive trajectory at +2.45% (+75 SGD).
Across the rest of the portfolio, we’re seeing some light consolidation:
Singtel (Z74) sits virtually flat at -0.23% (-10 SGD).
Sembcorp Ind (U96) is holding tight at -0.71% (-16 SGD).
Mapletree Log Tr (M44U) at -1.66% (-50 SGD) and CapLand Ascendas (A17U) at -2.40% (-60 SGD) reflect a brief dip in broader REIT sentiment.
