$UOB(U11.SG)Today I’m sharing my thoughts on UOB (U11) 📊
UOB is going ex-dividend today, with the previously announced interim dividend of S$0.88 per share. As someone who is interested in Singapore bank stocks and dividend investing, I’m paying more attention to UOB’s latest results and overall performance. A share price adjustment around the ex-dividend date doesn’t necessarily mean the company’s fundamentals have suddenly become weaker, so I think it’s important to look at the bigger picture, including earnings, net interest margin, ROE, asset quality and dividend sustainability.
I also started using Longbridge AI to analyse UOB. Instead of only looking at whether the share price is going up or down, I can use AI to review recent news, financial results and market information from different angles. It’s quite useful for doing my own research before making any decision.
