$PropNex(OYY.SG)

Context:

Still keeping PropNex in my portfolio. I like the fact that it gives me exposure to Singapore’s property market without having to deal with the huge capital needed to own physical property.

My trade:

I’m continuing to hold my shares and letting the position play out. I’m more focused on the company’s earnings and dividends than short-term price movements.

Takeaway:

Not every position needs to be a fast trade. 😆 For PropNex, I’m happy to be patient and see how the property market and business performance develop over time. 📈
