Context:
Been watching PropNex for quite some time already. Singapore property market still got activity, and PropNex is one of the bigger players, so I feel the business still got room to do well.
My trade:
I’m holding my PropNex shares for now. Not really interested in chasing every small movement. As long as the earnings and dividend still okay, I’m happy to just hold and see how.
Takeaway:
Sometimes no need to keep buying and selling also lah 😂. If the company still doing its job and the numbers make sense, just hold and collect the dividends. See how it goes from here. 📈
