$Keppel DC Reit(AJBU.SG)

Context:

Keppel DC REIT was an interesting one for me because of the data centre growth story. With AI and cloud computing getting more attention, the sector still has potential, but the share price also matters lah.

My trade:

I decided to sell my Keppel DC REIT shares and take profit. Nothing wrong with the data centre theme, just feel that it’s a good time to lock in my gains and keep some cash ready for other opportunities.

Takeaway:

Sometimes got profit, just take first 😂. Doesn’t mean the company is no good, but I rather wait for a better entry than chase the price. If it comes back to a level I’m comfortable with, can always consider buying again. 📈
