$Trip.com(TCOM.US) has a dynamic P/E ratio of only 4, yet I still don't dare to buy. Normally, the stock price would have soared by now, but after almost a year, it's still fluctuating like this. Either there's something wrong with the stock, or Wall Street has collectively lost its mind.
