Rate Of ReturnIntel recently has been shouting bearish news again, with a delay in 14A. It seems to be exactly the same as NVIDIA not using 18A last time.
The plan is to continue waiting for the lower Bollinger Band without filling the gap, and wait for a big bullish candlestick during the session to turn the signal light green and fully load up on options.
Currently, the index and NVIDIA are in a volatile trading range.
