In the first two months, the highest was 300,000 RMB. With a principal of 230,000, I made a profit of 60,000 to 70,000. In just two months, I lost it all and was down to just over 200,000. Since entering the market in March last year, US stocks have barely fallen. I was blindly overconfident in US stocks and added leverage. Recently, with just a slight dip, the losses were huge. Just shorting SanDisk for a short ten to twenty days cost me nearly 40,000. From then on, I swore I would never dare to short again. Leverage is really terrifying. It amplifies gains, but the risk increases correspondingly. I was originally someone unwilling to cut losses. But because I added leverage, when the price fell, I had to liquidate some of my leveraged positions. In short, the risk is high. Sigh. I'm just a very ordinary trader, a gambler, a not-so-smart gambler. There's too much to lose, too much tuition to pay.
