Stock live trading P214: If I don't go to hell, who will?

When the market crashes, I suffer huge losses; when the market soars, I still suffer small losses. I'm in no mood to watch the market anymore.

Everyone says the A-share market only has 'one pair of pants,' meaning only one sector gets to rise. I think the US stock market is actually quite similar. Every time storage and optical stocks fall, they quickly rebound and recover. But what about precious metals, defense, and the weaker stocks among the 'Seven Sisters'? They just keep falling, with no recovery in sight.

When the market crashes, these 'old man' stocks also get sold off.

When the market soars, all the capital chases after those storage and optical stocks, and the 'old man' stocks get sold off even more.

Whether the market is up or down, 'old man' stocks are the ones being abandoned. So when will they ever rise?

First, when 'old man' stocks become the market's main theme. Second, when people think their prices are just too attractive, attracting new capital. The premise for both possibilities is new capital flowing in. We can only hope for storage and optical stocks to crash quickly, so 'old man' stocks have a chance to turn around.

The reason I've been losing money over the past two years is because the market has been rewarding gamblers. The more fanatical you are, the easier it is to make money, just like with cryptocurrencies before. But I believe today's cryptocurrencies are tomorrow's storage and optical stocks. They are at a premium now, but a discount in the future is inevitable.
