With such a rise, it's hard to be optimistic. Just be prepared. It's always about position management; you need to build a structure that can withstand drops, so whether it goes up or down, let it be.
I believe the US stock market will eventually recover, but don't get liquidated before that happens. If you have margin financing, try to remove it. Earning less won't kill you, but high leverage in margin trading really can.
