A 50% drop would be 627.Therefore, the bottom zone should be 627-804.SANDISK (SNDK): If it stabilizes at 1450 in the night session, and does not pull back at the open, it will challenge 1650. Stabilizing above 1650 basically confirms a reversal, with overhead resistance at 1900.The bottom zone is estimated at 1177-1354 (1177 is the half-price level).Note: The bottom zone is based on the worst-case scenario and may not necessarily be reached.Anyone who expects SNDK to go to 5,000-6,000 after a surge, or drops to 300-400 during a crash, should be blocked. They are likely beginners lacking basic knowledge of the US stock market.If you don't get margin-called when it falls into this zone, and you can stay calm, then buy the dip!The purpose of defining this zone is to evaluate stop-loss decisions, because I've found that many people's stop-losses aren't calculated properly; they just cut losses because they feel uncomfortable... You still need to do the math...I am cautiously optimistic. If Google's CAPEX continues to grow rapidly, the storage sector will confirm a reversal, so I will be watching closely these next few days."
