Let me reiterate: the current US stock market bubble is huge; stock price fluctuations have nothing to do with fundamentals.
Just like the recent 'Magnificent Seven', their rise is purely due to capital rotation into older stocks, not because the Seven's performance was explosive.
So you can see Microsoft surging, Amazon surging, and even Meta crashing first and now recovering almost completely—it's simply a matter of capital rotation.
So how should we characterize SpaceX as a stock? Is it a high-quality stock with strong fundamentals? Definitely not. Is it a stock that has been hyped in a previous round? Yes. But now that it has broken its IPO price, the bubble isn't that big anymore, and the upside is full of trapped investors (bagholders).
So what will its trend be under these circumstances? It will inevitably surge then fall back, replicating the trend of CRCL's first earnings report. So I choose to buy now, place a night session sell order, and just sit back waiting to collect profits.
Finally, at this stage, be cautious about buying long-term options. It's 2026, not 2024 or 2025. Buying long-term is still gambling; if it grinds down for a year, it goes to zero.
