Global gold ETF holdings increased by 23.5 tons in July, corresponding to a net capital inflow of approximately $2.965 billion. European-listed funds were the main driving force, reversing two consecutive months of capital outflows. Meanwhile, Asian gold ETFs attracted about $616 million in capital inflows in July, with holdings increasing by 4.8 tons. Notably, domestic gold ETFs have shown a continuous inflow trend since July 20, accumulating 10.3 billion RMB. Among them, Huaxia Gold ETF (518850), which has the lowest fee rate in its sector, received capital allocation for 13 consecutive trading days, with cumulative inflows of 993 million RMB, ranking second in its sector. Minmetals Futures analysis points out that current Middle East geopolitical tensions are easing, compounded by joint US-Japan intervention in the yen exchange rate, putting 阶段性 pressure on the US dollar index, bringing marginal benefits to precious metal prices. After previous volatile consolidation, precious metal prices broke through the downward trend line. Gold holdings in North American and Asian ETFs rose synchronously, and market bullish sentiment has warmed up. Subsequent attention should be paid to Friday's non-farm payroll data; strategically, it is recommended to look long in the short term.

Huaxia Gold Stock ETF (159562, feeder funds 021074/021075) tracks the CSI Shanghai-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Gold Industry Stock Index. Due to the rigidity of gold mining costs, rising gold prices drive profit growth. Coupled with production expansion by gold mining companies, earnings growth far exceeds the rise in gold prices. Therefore, gold stocks have significantly higher elasticity than gold prices and are expected to welcome a restorative rally following the rebound in gold prices!

Notably, the combined management and custody fees of 0.2% for Huaxia Gold ETF (518850) and Huaxia Gold Stock ETF (159562) are at the lowest level among similar products, helping investors participate in the gold market trend at a lower cost.
