It's not just stopping for a few minutes; if there's no opportunity, I can stop for months without any urge to trade, until I feel safe, stable, calm, and rational again, waiting for a sufficiently good opportunity to return.This is actually a conscious process of controlling addiction—reducing continuous dopamine stimulation.It's something beyond rational aspects like macro 常识 (common sense), fundamentals, technicals, and position management. Now people call it cultivating an 'empty position mindset.'Recording this process from experience - concept - thinking system - decision-making model.Quite interesting.And options, this thing, is never suitable for public guidance.This is especially true for weekly options.An individual's source of thought and decision-making can remain rational.But once it goes through public dissemination within a group, after collective emotion spreads and amplifies, it becomes irrational frenzy among the crowd.And what is caused by this irrational frenzy—the peak of getting something for nothing or the disaster of crashing down—will all bear the unbearable cost of interfering with others' karma.This is also a vivid lesson I learned from events that completely changed my destiny."
