Have you noticed anything about the broader market's movement from last night until now? As I mentioned before the market opened yesterday, all three major indices reached high levels. If they cannot push through decisively, they will inevitably weaken ('a second effort is weaker, a third is exhausted'). In simple terms, there is a risk of a pullback in the broader market.$Tesla(TSLA.US) La Zi (TSLA leveraged ETF) originally intended to replicate last week's pattern, hovering around 330 before moving to 340. However, during tonight's night session so far, it appears to be following the broader market's pullback, breaking below 335. We'll see if it can hold at 330 at the open. If it fails, those bullish on the short term should consider exiting their leveraged positions unless your cost basis is exceptionally low and your time horizon is very long, assuming the underlying stock remains fine. If only La Zi were moving like this, it would clearly be an issue with the ETF itself. But right now, capital is fleeing many momentum stocks.
