从内部人士了解到，理想汽车去年的年终奖介于 4 到 8 个月工资之间，这一数额显著高于传统的 “12 薪 +2 个月年终奖” 的标准结构。理想汽车 CEO 李想在社交平台发文表示，2023 年超越目标就多发奖金，2022 年没有达成目标就少发奖金，做到赏罚分明。“只学先进的流程，不学先进的利益分配，奖罚不分明，才是组织低效的最大原因，单纯的折腾员工，有成长、有成就、有回报，三者缺一不可。” 数据显示，理想汽车 2023 年交付汽车数量达到 37.6 万辆，同比增长 182.2%，首次成为新势力品牌年度销冠。
