# US Stock Options | AMD trading volume halved! Tesla, NVIDIA continue to be hot: trading volume still exceeds 2 million contracts

Overnight, Bitcoin and NVIDIA surged, while Tesla plummeted, and Chinese concept stocks suffered a brutal blow.

### Overview of US Stock Options Trading

The top ten US stock options trading before last Friday were: Tesla, NVIDIA, Apple, AMD, Intel, Google Class A, Marathon Digital, Nio, Palantir, Super Micro Computer.

Among them:

Tesla plummeted over 7%, with options trading slightly increasing to 2.3 million contracts, with 62% being call options. Call options with a strike price of $200 and $195 expiring on March 8th traded over 150,000 and 110,000 contracts respectively.

NVIDIA rose nearly 4%, with options trading slightly decreasing to 2.09 million contracts, with 60% being call options. Call options with a strike price of $900 traded nearly 90,000 contracts.

Apple dropped 2.5%, with options trading decreasing to 1.57 million contracts, with 58% being call options. Call options with a strike price of $180 traded 90,000 contracts.

AMD rose over 1%, with options trading halving to around 980,000 contracts, with 63.5% being call options. Call options with a strike price of $210 traded over 70,000 contracts.

Intel surged over 4%, with options trading skyrocketing to 640,000 contracts, with 75.8% being call options.

Google and Marathon Digital saw a decline in stock prices, but options trading exceeded 500,000 contracts, mainly in call options.

Nio plummeted nearly 8%, with options trading surging to nearly 510,000 contracts, with 55% being call options.

Palantir dropped over 3%, with options trading slightly decreasing to 450,000 contracts, with 76% being call options.

Super Micro Computer surged over 18%, with options trading rising to 410,000 contracts, with 59% being call options.
