# CONANT OPTICAL: Fei Zhengxiang re-elected as Executive Director of the Second Board of Directors.

Zhitong App News: CONANT OPTICAL (02276) announced that after the temporary shareholders' meeting, Fei Zhengxiang, Zheng Yuhong, Xia Guoping, Chen Junhua were re-elected as executive directors of the second board of directors. Wang Chuanbao was appointed as an executive director of the second board of directors. Zhao Xiaoyun was re-elected as a non-executive director of the second board of directors. Xiao Fei and Chen Yi were re-elected as independent non-executive directors of the second board of directors. Wu Ying was appointed as an independent non-executive director of the second board of directors.

In addition, Fei Zhengxiang was also selected as the chairman of the second board of directors.

After the temporary shareholders' meeting, Takamatsu Ken resigned as a non-executive director, and Kim Yiting resigned as an independent non-executive director.

The terms of Fei Zhengxiang, Zheng Yuhong, Xia Guoping, Chen Junhua, Wang Chuanbao, Zhao Xiaoyun, Xiao Fei, Chen Yi, and Wu Ying will be effective from March 7, 2024, until the end of the second board of directors' term, and they will need to retire and be re-elected for consecutive terms at the company's shareholders' meeting.

After the temporary shareholders' meeting, Xu Jingming was re-elected as a non-employee representative supervisor of the second board of supervisors. Li Yan was appointed as a non-employee representative supervisor of the second board of supervisors.

After the temporary shareholders' meeting, Wang Chuanbao resigned as a company supervisor and was appointed as an executive director as mentioned above.

The group employees also held a meeting, and Tang was re-elected as an employee representative supervisor of the second board of supervisors, effective from March 7, 2024. On March 7, 2024, the board of supervisors held a meeting immediately after the temporary shareholders' meeting, and Xu Jingming was selected as the chairman of the second board of supervisors.
